Correction
The designated official correspondence address for the MIELOGOS Literary Prize is:
prize@mielogos.com
Earlier locked Prize documents or historical references may preserve a previous Prize correspondence address, including prize@mielogos.org, or earlier framework references to the Association address contact@mielogos.org.
Those historical references remain preserved for documentary integrity. For current operational Prize correspondence, they are superseded by prize@mielogos.com.
Scope
This correction changes only the operational correspondence channel. It does not amend eligibility, submission dates, entry fees, literary assessment, recognition structure, contractual rights, privacy obligations, intellectual-property provisions or any other substantive Prize rule.
Association / Prize separation
General MIELOGOS Association correspondence remains separate from Prize correspondence. The Prize uses prize@mielogos.com for its official operational channel.
Document integrity
Locked documents are not silently rewritten merely to replace a historical email reference. Where relevant, the public HTML presentation carries this correction notice while the source document remains available in its locked form.
