1. About the Prize

The MIELOGOS Literary Prize recognizes outstanding literature created through Symbiotic Authorship.

For the 2027 Founding Cycle, the Prize Operator is Navi Musaget, acting as the individual operator of the MIELOGOS Literary Prize.

The Prize is founded and governed within MIELOGOS and receives institutional support from the Foundation for Relational Inquiry (FFRI-NM). FFRI-NM is identified here by its adopted institutional name as a supporting institution. These Terms do not represent that FFRI-NM is a separately incorporated or registered legal foundation, Prize Operator, contracting party or data controller unless that status is separately and truthfully stated.

For purposes of these Terms, “MIELOGOS” means the MIELOGOS Literary Prize as operated for this cycle by the Prize Operator, unless the context clearly refers to the broader MIELOGOS institutional framework.

MIELOGOS Association, FFRI-NM, the literary field of Symbiotic Authorship, membership status and Prize participation are distinct matters.

Membership in MIELOGOS is not required to enter and gives no advantage in eligibility or literary judging.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Entry is voluntary.

By submitting a work, each participating entrant agrees to these Terms of Entry, the applicable 2027 Founding Cycle Notice, the Prize Rules contained in the governing Prize framework, the applicable Privacy Notice, and the published submission requirements in force at the time of entry.

Entry requires acceptance of the applicable governing terms as a whole. Partial, conditional or selective acceptance is not available.

Where a work has more than one participating human author, each participating author is bound by the applicable entry conditions.

A person submitting on behalf of other credited human authors must have good-faith authority to do so.

3. Document Priority

If two applicable Prize documents cannot reasonably be read consistently, the following order of priority applies for the 2027 Founding Cycle:

  1. Terms of Entry
  2. Cycle Notice
  3. Founding Master / Prize Rules
  4. Submission Instructions
  5. General website or promotional material

The Entrant Guide and other explanatory materials are intended to make the Prize easier to understand. They do not override the governing documents above.

Mandatory law prevails only to the extent that it cannot lawfully be displaced by the Prize documents.

4. Age

Every participating human entrant must be 18 years of age or older on the date of submission.

MIELOGOS ordinarily relies on the entrant’s declaration of age and does not require identity documents merely to prove age.

The age requirement is an operational condition of the Founding Cycle, not a literary judgment concerning younger writers.

5. International Participation

The Founding Cycle is international.

Nationality, citizenship, residence, publisher territory and geographic origin are not literary eligibility criteria.

Participation may nevertheless be limited where a mandatory legal restriction binding the actual Prize Operator requires such a limitation.

MIELOGOS will apply any such restriction only to the extent reasonably necessary. A legal restriction is not a literary judgment about the entrant, their country or their work.

6. Eligibility

A submitted work must satisfy the eligibility requirements published for the 2027 Founding Cycle.

The principal requirements include:

the work must fall within an eligible category;

the underlying literary work must satisfy the applicable public-release requirement;

the controlling public-release date must fall within the eligible period;

the entrant must satisfy the age requirement;

the submission must comply with the applicable entry limit;

the work must satisfy the Prize’s Symbiotic Authorship eligibility framework;

the entrant must possess sufficient rights and authority to enter the work.

Submission does not itself establish eligibility.

MIELOGOS may determine that a submitted work is ELIGIBLE, requires CLARIFICATION, or is INELIGIBLE under the applicable rules.

The complete eligibility framework is set out in the 2027 Cycle Notice and Founding Master, including Founding Master §§26–42. Those provisions govern matters including public release, controlling release date, revised editions, re-entry, translation, categories and eligibility determinations.

7. Symbiotic Authorship Declaration

Each entrant must provide a good-faith declaration explaining how the human–AI creative relationship materially affected the creation or development of the submitted work.

MIELOGOS does not require entrants to:

calculate an AI-generated percentage;

count prompts;

identify every machine-generated sentence;

provide complete prompt histories;

provide complete AI conversations;

surrender their complete private creative history.

A good-faith declaration will ordinarily be sufficient unless a genuine eligibility question remains unresolved.

Where reasonably necessary, MIELOGOS may request proportionate clarification or limited corroboration.

The purpose of such a request is to resolve the identified eligibility question, not to conduct general surveillance of the entrant’s creative practice.

8. Submission Limit and Collaborative Works

Each entrant may submit no more than the number of works permitted by the applicable Cycle Notice.

For the 2027 Founding Cycle, the maximum is 2 works per entrant.

A collaborative work counts against the submission limit of every credited participating human author.

Where one person submits a work on behalf of multiple authors, that person represents that they have sufficient authority to make the submission and to provide the permissions required for Prize administration.

For purposes of the work cap and literary recognition, every credited participating human author is an entrant. A representative who is not a credited participating human author does not become an entrant merely by completing the submission form.

9. One Work, One Competitive Path

Each work may enter only one submission, one category and one competitive path during the Founding Cycle.

An entrant may not multiply competitive opportunities by entering substantially the same work through several categories, representatives or parallel submissions.

MIELOGOS may correct an evident category-routing error or require clarification where necessary.

10. The Review Copy

The entrant must submit the version of the work they intend to have judged.

After administrative completeness has been confirmed and MIELOGOS has acknowledged the accepted review copy, that copy becomes the LOCKED COMPETITION VERSION.

There is no routine right to replace the work after acknowledgement for purposes of literary revision, polishing or improvement.

MIELOGOS may authorize replacement where reasonably necessary because of a genuine wrong-file submission, corrupted file, incomplete export, transmission failure, administrative mistake or technical-format problem.

An earlier file replaced through an authorized correction becomes superseded and is not the competition copy.

11. Submission Deadline

The submission must be successfully received through the authorized submission route by the applicable deadline.

A post-deadline correction cannot be used to provide the literary work for the first time or to substitute an improved literary version.

MIELOGOS may permit a genuine administrative or technical correction after the deadline where doing so does not create an unfair new competitive opportunity.

12. Rights and Authority

The entrant represents that they possess sufficient rights, permissions and authority to:

submit the work;

allow MIELOGOS to receive and store it;

allow the work to be technically processed;

allow the work to be reviewed by authorized human participants;

allow the work to be processed through authorized digital and artificial-intelligence systems used for legitimate Prize functions;

grant any limited publicity permissions expressly accepted as part of the submission.

The entrant does not need to represent that they are the sole copyright owner of every element of the work.

This distinction is important for collaborative, translated, illustrated, hybrid and symbiotically created works.

The relevant requirement is sufficient lawful authority for the Prize activities required by these Terms.

13. Third-Party Rights

The entrant remains responsible for rights and permissions concerning material included in the submission.

Depending on the work, this may include:

copyright and related rights;

co-author rights;

translator rights;

publisher or agency rights;

artwork or image rights;

trademarks;

privacy or publicity rights;

confidentiality obligations;

contractual restrictions;

employment-related restrictions;

other third-party rights.

MIELOGOS does not provide individual legal advice and does not certify that an entrant’s rights analysis is correct merely because a submission has been accepted administratively.

Submission does not transfer ownership of the literary work to MIELOGOS.

Copyright and other underlying intellectual-property rights remain with the person or persons legally entitled to them.

Nothing in these Terms gives MIELOGOS general commercial publishing rights in the complete submitted work.

15. Limited Prize-Administration Licence

By submitting a work, the entrant grants MIELOGOS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the submitted review copy only as reasonably necessary to:

receive and administer the submission;

determine administrative completeness;

assess eligibility;

conduct literary review and comparison;

operate human and AI-assisted judging processes;

address conflicts, integrity issues or procedural reconsideration;

maintain necessary Prize records;

comply with applicable legal obligations.

This licence does not authorize unrelated commercial exploitation of the submitted literary work.

For legitimate Prize functions, this licence includes permission to transmit or make the review copy, or relevant portions of it, available to third-party AI service providers selected by MIELOGOS under the AI Processing Authorization in Section 16.

16. AI Processing Authorization and Digital Processing

The MIELOGOS Literary Prize openly uses artificial intelligence as a core part of its administrative and literary-assessment infrastructure.

AI processing is an integral condition of entry, not an optional add-on. By submitting a work, the entrant authorizes MIELOGOS to process and disclose the submitted work, in whole or in part, through any artificial-intelligence system, model, model version, provider, tool or analytical configuration selected by MIELOGOS for legitimate Prize functions, including systems or models that were not available on the date of submission.

This authorization permits MIELOGOS to use one or multiple AI systems in independent, comparative, sequential, parallel, repeated, adversarial or escalation-based assessment passes where MIELOGOS considers that useful to the Prize process.

Such processing may include:

document handling and technical analysis;

eligibility support;

literary analysis and first-pass assessment;

comparative assessment across works or assessment outputs;

prioritization and advancement recommendations;

critical, adversarial or alternative readings;

long-context, multilingual, structural or other specialized analysis;

other processing reasonably necessary to administer, secure, evaluate or document the Prize.

The authorization is purpose-limited. It does not authorize MIELOGOS to use a submitted work for unrelated advertising, unrelated commercial exploitation or other purposes outside the Prize merely because an AI system is technically capable of such use.

MIELOGOS is not required to provide a human-only assessment route or a provider-specific opt-out. An entrant who is unwilling to accept this human–AI processing structure should not enter. Withdrawal after submission may stop future Prize processing where reasonably practicable, but it does not undo processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

This contractual authorization concerns the entrant’s permission for Prize processing of the submitted work. It is not a blanket declaration that consent is the legal basis for every item of personal-data processing; applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Notice determine the relevant legal basis for personal data.

17. No Provider or Model Guarantee

No particular provider, model, model version, number of models, model lineage, orchestration method, country of processing or technical architecture is guaranteed.

MIELOGOS may add, remove, replace or reconfigure AI systems during the cycle where this serves a legitimate Prize function. A newly available model or provider may therefore be used after a work has been submitted without requiring a new entrant authorization, provided the use remains within the purposes authorized by these Terms and complies with applicable law.

Third-party AI services operate under their own terms, systems and data practices. MIELOGOS remains responsible for its own institutional choices, purpose limitations and required disclosures, but cannot contractually control every internal practice of an independent provider.

The Privacy Notice describes the relevant recipient categories and live processing architecture. Where applicable law requires more specific provider or international-transfer disclosure, MIELOGOS will publish or otherwise make that information available as required. The provider list is not intended to freeze the Prize to a permanent set of models.

18. Human Responsibility for Literary Recognition

Artificial-intelligence systems used by MIELOGOS are analytical tools and participants in the assessment process, not independent institutional decision-makers.

AI systems may materially affect analysis, prioritization and deliberation. Their assessments are not votes.

Final institutional responsibility for competitive literary recognition remains with the authorized human decision-maker under the applicable Prize governance structure.

The use of multiple AI systems does not create a claim of objective literary judgment.

19. Literary Judgment

Literary evaluation is qualitative and holistic.

The Prize does not guarantee:

a numerical score;

identical reading time for every eligible work;

identical analytical treatment at every stage;

individual editorial feedback;

manuscript reports;

written explanations for works that do not advance.

The depth of human literary review may increase as a work progresses through competitive stages.

Longlist, Shortlist and Winner decisions are literary judgments. Disagreement with literary taste or literary assessment is not grounds for an appeal.

The public literary-evaluation framework is summarized in Cycle Notice §17 and set out more fully in Founding Master §§57–65.

20. Recognition

The recognition structure for the Founding Cycle is established by the Cycle Notice.

Recognition may include:

Longlist;

Shortlist;

Winner;

official digital certificates;

official MIELOGOS recognition marks or badges;

Prize citations;

inclusion in the public historical Prize archive.

Recognition places are caps, not quotas. MIELOGOS is not required to fill every available recognition place.

A category may conclude without a Winner. The Founding Cycle does not award a monetary or physical prize.

21. Publicity Licence

Where an entrant supplies material for Prize publicity, the entrant grants MIELOGOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that authorized material for legitimate Prize communication, recognition and historical archive purposes.

This may include:

entrant or credited author name;

pen name;

work title;

category;

cycle year;

recognition status;

authorized cover image;

authorized synopsis;

bibliographic information;

Prize citation.

This permission does not authorize publication of the complete submitted literary work unless separate permission is obtained.

22. Cover Images

Providing a cover image is optional unless otherwise stated in the submission requirements.

If an entrant supplies a cover image for public use, they represent that they have sufficient authority to permit MIELOGOS to use that image for Prize-related publicity and archival purposes.

If the entrant does not control the necessary cover rights, they should disclose that fact rather than grant permission they do not possess.

The absence of an authorized cover does not by itself make the literary work ineligible. MIELOGOS may announce or archive recognition without displaying the cover.

23. Synopsis

A synopsis submitted for public or administrative use must be created or lawfully authorized by the entrant.

The entrant permits MIELOGOS to reproduce the synopsis for legitimate Prize purposes.

MIELOGOS may make minor editorial corrections that do not materially change meaning.

A substantive rewrite intended for public attribution to the entrant should ordinarily be approved by the entrant, unless MIELOGOS instead publishes a clearly independent Prize description.

24. Permanent Recognition Record

Where a work receives public Prize recognition, MIELOGOS may maintain an accurate historical record of that recognition.

Such a record may include:

author or authorized pen name;

work title;

category;

Prize year;

Longlist, Shortlist or Winner status;

authorized cover or synopsis;

bibliographic information;

official citation.

Public recognition may remain historically accessible even after the ordinary private submission files have been deleted.

Recognition permanence does not require manuscript permanence.

25. Withdrawal

An entrant may withdraw a submission through the official MIELOGOS correspondence route.

Withdrawal ordinarily ends further competitive consideration where this remains practically possible.

Withdrawal does not create an automatic right to erase an accurate public historical record of recognition already announced. Where appropriate, the historical record may state that the work was later withdrawn.

Withdrawal also does not require instantaneous deletion of every private or technical record. Such materials remain subject to the applicable Privacy Notice and retention framework.

Digital files are not physically returned.

26. Death or Incapacity

A valid submission does not automatically terminate solely because an entrant dies or becomes incapacitated during the Prize cycle.

Where reasonably possible, a lawfully authorized representative may communicate with MIELOGOS concerning continuation or withdrawal of the submission.

Any literary recognition remains recognition of the entrant and the work, not of the representative.

27. Accuracy and Good Faith

Entrants are expected to provide accurate information in good faith.

An innocent mistake does not automatically constitute misconduct. Where reasonably possible, MIELOGOS may allow a factual or administrative error to be clarified or corrected.

A request to correct a factual or administrative error should be sent to prize@mielogos.org and should include the Submission ID where available.

Deliberately false, materially misleading or knowingly unauthorized information may result in rejection, ineligibility, disqualification, withdrawal of recognition or other proportionate action permitted by the governing Prize framework.

Removal of recognition because of an eligibility or integrity problem does not mean that the earlier literary assessment itself was necessarily incorrect.

28. Third-Party Claims

If MIELOGOS receives a specific and reasonably plausible third-party claim concerning rights, authority, confidentiality or another material legal issue affecting a submitted work, it may review the matter.

MIELOGOS may, where proportionate:

temporarily suspend processing or recognition;

remove material from public display while the matter is reviewed;

ask the entrant for a response or clarification;

preserve information reasonably necessary to address the claim;

restore the work or recognition;

determine the work ineligible;

disqualify the entry;

withdraw recognition.

Where reasonably possible, the entrant should be given an opportunity to respond before a final adverse determination is made.

MIELOGOS is not a court, copyright tribunal or substitute for judicial determination of private legal disputes.

29. Conflicts of Interest

The Prize maintains conflict and recusal procedures designed to protect the integrity of literary judgment.

A material conflict may require recusal, reassignment or replacement of an authorized decision-maker.

Where authority is validly transferred because of conflict or incapacity, the recused person may not continue to control the affected decision indirectly.

If an entrant believes a material conflict affected their submission, they may use the procedural reconsideration route provided by the Prize Rules.

30. Procedural Reconsideration

Literary judgments are not appealable merely because an entrant disagrees with the outcome.

A request for procedural reconsideration may be made where the entrant identifies a specific issue such as:

administrative error;

material factual error;

material misapplication of an eligibility rule;

material failure to follow a published procedure;

material conflict affecting the process.

A request must ordinarily be made within 14 calendar days of notice of the relevant decision.

Requests should be sent through the official MIELOGOS correspondence channel and should include the Submission ID where available and a clear description of the issue.

A procedural reviewer may correct procedure but may not substitute personal literary preference for a valid literary judgment. A materially challenged action or determination should not be reconsidered solely by the person whose own action is at issue. Where the Integrity Function itself is challenged, the matter must be routed to the designated alternate or a qualified ad hoc procedural reviewer who did not materially participate in the challenged action.

31. Technical Failures

MIELOGOS will take reasonable steps to operate the submission and judging systems reliably. However, uninterrupted or error-free technical operation cannot be guaranteed.

MIELOGOS is not responsible for every failure caused by entrant devices or software, internet connectivity, email delivery, third-party platforms, corrupted uploads, provider outages, browser incompatibility, external service failures or events outside reasonable MIELOGOS control.

Where a genuine technical problem can reasonably be corrected without creating an unfair competitive advantage, MIELOGOS may provide or authorize an appropriate remedy.

Entrants remain responsible for submitting sufficiently before the deadline to address ordinary foreseeable technical problems.

There is no competitive advantage to early submission, but a last-minute submission does not transfer every technical risk to MIELOGOS.

32. Unsafe Files and Technical Security

MIELOGOS may quarantine, decline to open or reject files that present a reasonable security risk.

This may include files containing malicious code, executable content, unsafe scripts, macros, suspicious embedded objects or other technically hazardous features.

Where reasonably possible, MIELOGOS may request a safe equivalent review copy.

A technical-security decision is not a literary judgment.

33. Changes to the Cycle

MIELOGOS may make reasonable operational changes where necessary to preserve the functioning, legality, security or integrity of the Prize.

Such changes may include adjustments to dates, technical systems, submission procedures, service providers, staffing, reading arrangements or administrative workflows.

MIELOGOS should not retroactively change substantive literary or eligibility standards merely because doing so would be convenient.

Material changes affecting participants will be communicated through appropriate official channels.

34. Suspension or Cancellation

MIELOGOS may suspend, postpone, modify or cancel all or part of the Prize where reasonably necessary because of force majeure, serious technical failure, security incident, legal restriction, loss of essential infrastructure, integrity failure or circumstances making fair or lawful continuation impracticable.

Where reasonably possible, MIELOGOS will communicate material action transparently and seek a proportionate solution.

Participation does not guarantee that a cycle can continue under every possible circumstance.

If all or part of a cycle is cancelled, submitted materials remain subject to the applicable Privacy Notice and retention schedule. Cancellation does not convert private submissions into a permanent archive.

35. No Guarantee of Recognition or Benefit

Submission does not guarantee:

eligibility;

Longlist status;

Shortlist status;

Winner status;

publication;

individual review or feedback;

publicity;

commercial benefit;

representation;

publishing interest;

sales;

career advancement;

any financial return.

Recognition by MIELOGOS is literary recognition within the Prize. No broader outcome is promised.

36. Privacy and Data Handling

Personal data and submission materials are handled according to the applicable MIELOGOS Privacy Notice and Prize data-retention framework.

The Privacy Notice must be published before submissions open. Entrants should review it before submitting.

Acceptance of these Terms does not transform every optional use of personal data into consent.

Where applicable law requires a separate legal basis or separate consent for a particular processing activity, that requirement remains applicable.

37. Internal Analytical Material

Human notes, AI analyses, comparative materials, internal deliberation records and other analytical working materials produced by or for MIELOGOS in operating the Prize are internal Prize records.

They do not become part of the submitted literary work merely because they concern that work. MIELOGOS claims no ownership of the entrant’s literary work through creation of such analysis.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, entry does not create a contractual right to inspect internal judging materials, receive complete AI analyses, obtain internal deliberation records, require preservation of internal analytical records, or require deletion of every internal analytical record on demand.

MIELOGOS publishes the general structure of its assessment process in the Entrant Guide and Cycle Notice. That process-level transparency does not create a right to obtain work-specific internal notes, complete AI outputs or deliberation records.

Such materials remain subject to the applicable retention, privacy and legal framework.

38. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MIELOGOS and the Prize Operator will not be liable for indirect, consequential, speculative or purely reputational losses arising from participation in, non-selection by, modification of or cancellation of the Prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit that liability to be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory right.

39. Entrant Responsibility and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the entrant is responsible only for losses, liabilities, third-party claims or reasonable costs that directly arise from and are reasonably attributable to the entrant’s own material breach of these Terms, material misrepresentation, lack of required submission authority, or unauthorized use of third-party rights in connection with the entry.

Any indemnity or responsibility under this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

It does not make the entrant responsible for unlawful conduct that is solely attributable to MIELOGOS or another party and cannot lawfully be transferred to the entrant.

40. Mandatory Law

Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory law that applies to the Prize Operator, the entrant or a particular transaction.

If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

The remaining provisions should continue to operate where legally possible.

41. Governing Law and Forum

No governing law or exclusive forum is voluntarily designated for the 2027 Founding Cycle.

The law and competent forum applicable to a particular dispute will therefore be determined under the rules that legally apply to that dispute.

Nothing in these Terms creates a fictional jurisdiction, displaces mandatory law, or represents that the Prize is established in a jurisdiction merely because a website, domain, technology provider or participant is located there.

If a future cycle adopts a governing-law or forum clause, that choice will apply only as lawfully stated for that cycle and will not retroactively rewrite the Founding Cycle.

MIELOGOS operates an international literary Prize and cannot reasonably anticipate every law, regulatory interpretation, contractual restriction or jurisdictional rule that may become relevant to every entrant, submitted work, technology provider or dispute.

The Prize documents are intended to establish a reasonable, transparent and workable operating framework. They are not a representation that every possible legal issue in every jurisdiction has been identified in advance.

Nothing in the Prize documents excludes mandatory law where that law applies.

If an entrant, rightsholder, representative or other person believes that participation in the Prize, processing of a submission, public recognition or another Prize activity gives rise to a legal claim or requires legal action, they should notify MIELOGOS as clearly and promptly as reasonably possible.

Legal and pre-litigation notices concerning the 2027 Founding Cycle may be sent to: prize@mielogos.org

Where reasonably possible, a notice should identify the person or entity making the claim, the affected work or Submission ID, the nature and asserted legal or factual basis of the issue, the action requested from MIELOGOS, and appropriate contact information for response.

Receipt, acknowledgement or consideration of a notice does not constitute acceptance of liability, jurisdiction, legal characterization or the merits of the claim.

MIELOGOS may seek legal advice, preserve relevant records, suspend affected processing or recognition, or take another proportionate step while the matter is considered.

The absence of a specifically anticipated rule in these Terms does not prevent applicable mandatory law from operating, nor does it create rights or liabilities that applicable law would not otherwise provide.

43. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent legally possible.

A provision should, where legally permitted, be interpreted or limited only as much as necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

44. No Waiver

Failure by MIELOGOS to enforce a provision in one instance does not automatically waive that provision in another instance.

Any waiver must be interpreted narrowly and does not modify the governing documents generally unless expressly stated.

45. Official Communications

Official Prize correspondence: prize@mielogos.org

Canonical Prize website: prize.mielogos.org

After submission, entrants should include their Submission ID in work-specific correspondence whenever available.

Official applicant correspondence concerning acknowledgement, clarification, eligibility, withdrawal, reconsideration, recognition or other work-specific Prize matters uses prize@mielogos.org unless MIELOGOS expressly publishes another Prize-specific route.

Institutional support from FFRI-NM does not make an FFRI-NM address an alternative applicant-correspondence channel unless MIELOGOS expressly publishes one.

The Founding-Cycle Prize Operator is identified in these Terms as Navi Musaget.

Before submissions open, MIELOGOS will add any further operator particulars, legal identity information, jurisdiction-specific disclosures or contact details that applicable law requires for the actual operating circumstances. Completing such factual particulars does not reopen the substantive Terms unless the completion materially changes entrant rights or obligations; any such material change requires a versioned revision.

No such completion may falsely imply that MIELOGOS or FFRI-NM is a corporation, foundation, limited-liability entity, separate data controller or contracting party unless that status actually exists.

Adoption of these Terms does not by itself authorize the opening of submissions. The mandatory pre-launch conditions in the Founding Master must first be completed.

47. Final Entry Confirmation

Immediately before submitting, the entrant should confirm:

I am 18 or older.

I have read and accept the applicable Terms of Entry and governing Prize documents.

I have sufficient authority to submit this work and permit the Prize activities described in those documents.

The information I have provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge and given in good faith.

I authorize MIELOGOS to process my submitted work, in whole or in part, through any AI systems, models, providers or analytical configurations selected for legitimate Prize functions, including systems or models introduced after submission.

I understand that no particular AI provider, model, number of models or human-only alternative is guaranteed.

I understand that literary recognition is not guaranteed.

The review copy I am submitting is the version I intend to have judged.

Final Principle

These Terms exist to establish a fair and workable relationship between the entrant and the Prize.

They do not require perfect documentation. They do require honest participation, sufficient authority and acceptance of the actual process through which the Prize operates.

Read the terms. Know what you are entering. Send the work you want judged.

Then let the literature speak.
